In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., with address Calle 62×49 and 53 #439, Centro, C.P. 97000 in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, manifest through this medium the following Privacy Policy.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA:

Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., obtains data from its customers and / or suppliers which are the Holder of the data, under the relationship that develops between the two parties.

Personal data in possession of Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., are collected with the objects point out as followed:

1. For the proper provision of lodging and food consumption with the Hotel contracted;
2. For the creation of the contract for services, as well as all attachments necessary for the proper integration thereof;
3. To perform billing and corresponding collection;
4. To record the activities of lodging, accommodation, consumption within the hotel;
5. For analysis and advice regarding the information generated;
6. For the protection and preservation of documents that integrates the database which the Hotel manages.

TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES:

Personal data held by Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., won’t be rented or sold to any third party, only sharing such information in the following circumstances:

1. Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., may transfer Personal Data within its possession to third parties contracted by the Holder of such data, to carry out the purposes related to his/her activity.
2. Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., may provide information to companies which it has a business relationship, through which it gets services to the Administration of Personnel, if the case existed and only the personal information necessary for the provision of that service, requiring to maintain confidentiality during treatment and abstention of misuse through Addendums to Contracts established.
3. Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., may disclose and provide personal information if required to do so by law or in the belief of good faith that such action is necessary or when the transfer is necessary or legally required for the protection of the public interest or for the enforcement or administration of justice and when the transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in judicial proceedings.

LIMITING USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA:

Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., may limit the use of the personal data on request to the Responsible of the Protection of the Personal Data of the Company, filed in the address Calle 62×49 and 53 #439, Centro, C.P. 97000 in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, or sent to the email address alex@hotelhaciendamerida.com. 

EXERCISE OF ACROS RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION):

The data owner or his legal representative has the following rights in relation to the protection of personal data:

ACCESS: May request Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., to report on the data and information which it accounts and how it has obtained it.

RECTIFICATION: May request Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., notice of any of the information in particular or all, given that it is incorrect or inaccurate.

CANCELLATION: May request Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., cancellation of a data that is unnecessary or irrelevant to the purpose for which it was collected. The data may be blocked, that is, will be identified and reserved in order to prevent procedure.

OPPOSITION: He/She may oppose the processing of personal data contained in the database.

To exercise your ACRO Rights mentioned above, the Holder of the data or its legal representative must submit a written request to the Responsible of the Data Protection of the Company of Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V., filed in the address Calle 62×49 and 53 #439, Centro, C.P. 97000 in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, or sent to the email address alex@hotelhaciendamerida.com, clearly pointing the right being exercised, also the following information: Name of Holder, address of the Holder and / or email to which you can respond, documents proving their identity or authorization to represent the owner of the data, description of personal data which is intended to exercise any ARCO Right and any other element that facilitates the location of personal data.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE:

If it may come to produce important and necessary changes in this Privacy Policy it will be announced through a notice that will be sent to the address and / or email given by the holder of the personal data.

I express my acknowledgment and acceptance regarding the content of this Privacy Notice, expressly granting my consent to Hotel Hacienda Merida S. de R.L. de C.V.,  to perform the processing of my Personal Data on the terms set out therein.
